Season Outlook
JT Hall is an impact bat that the opposing manager will have to account for in the lineup. He is the type of hitter that can change the face of a game just by his presence in the on-deck circle. Hall is expected to be an everyday player and is one of the Beach Bums three veteran players at 26 years of age.
Previous Experience
Hall was a 41st round selection by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 2004 draft…has accumulated nearly 500 at-bats at the AA level…drove in a career high 62 runs with Southwest Michigan in 2006. For his efforts, he earned a late-season callup to AAA Durham…smacked a career best 11 HR for Vero Beach in 2007…Was named a Florida State League All-Star in 2008 after hitting .291 with a .445 slugging percentage in 64 first half games, gaining him a second half promotion to AA Montgomery.
